  • Youth Registrations- Please go to  http://ccsw.org/disciples-youth/ for the Circle 6 Fall retreat, and to wmt.suran.com/mail/preview/7652 for the Ruidoso retreat.. All payments for the Ruidoso retreat should be sent to : 2717 Stanley St. Ste. A Amarillo, TX 79109. The Tres Rios Area Fall YouthRetreat registration checks ($25 per participant) should be written to Tres Rios Area of the Christian Church. Scholarships are available for that event by first filling out the scholarship application below.
  • Until October 30, 2018, past due payments for events already attended (camp and Spring Rally) should be written to Mission West at the above address. After that, contact your Regional Connection Minister for how to submit them.

Various scholarships are available for participants and churches who may need financial assistance to attend events.  Please fill out the form and provide as much information as possible.  The Regional Connection Minister and/or Director of the event, your pastor, and scholarship entity will review your application and contact you.  Please apply for scholarships as soon as possible.

Applications are currently closed for Area Officers (AO's) for the Mission West Ministry Youth Council for the 2018 - 2019 camping season.  Applicants must be a sophmore, junior or senior starting in the fall of 2018 and have attended a Central Area or Hi Plains & Tres Rio CYF Conference Summer Camp in its entirety prior to his/her election OR attend the 2018 Mission West Summer camp.

Mission West Youth Meetings are open to everyone who wants to attend to foster transparency and open lines of communication. It is required of each camp director, area youth council moderators, and outdoor committee chairs. Below you will find the history of how we are coming together as Mission West.

January 22-23, 2016 from 9 pm on Friday Night to Saturday late afternoon at Ceta Canyon in Ceta Lodge to evaluate the last retreat/rally and continue to plan for 2016 for Mission West as well as Tres Rios, Hi Plains, and Central Areas events and discuss details about camping ministry.

Report from Conversation about the Future of Camping in Mission West Released 10/9/2013

On Saturday, October 5, 2013 leaders from the Hi-Plains, Tres Rios and Central Areas youth and outdoor ministry committees met for relationship building and a discussion of how God is calling us to engage in outdoor ministry for the years to come. We spent time sharing stories of how we came to love camping ministries, what we thought the purpose was in outdoor ministry and made sure our concerns would be addressed in this time together. We also discussed what we can improve upon and what we do well.
